Nacho Cheese Dip


Yummy Nacho Cheese Dip!

Only requires 2 ingredients. Velveeta Cheese and your favorite salsa. This recipe is easy to vary to accommodate as much or as little dip as you need.

8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1/4-1/2 cup salsa, medium spiciness

Put ingredients into a microwaveable bowl and heat on high for 60 second intervals and stir until smooth. Will take about 2-3 minutes. Put into a serving dish and garnish with diced green onions, if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dip will be hot and slightly runny, depending on how much salsa you add and will thicken as it cools. Serve with tortilla chips.
