Turtle Bars
Mix together:
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c oatmeal
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 cubes of butter.
Press 1/2 of the dough into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
Melt together 1 bag of caramels with 5 Tbsp milk.
When dough is done baking, pour caramel on top.
Then sprinkle 2 c chocolate chips on top of caramel. (M&M's are also really good).
Crumble remaining dough on top and bake for 10 more mins.
