Cream Cheese Chicken

2 frozen chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
2 T. Butter
1 package of ranch dressing mix or italian seasoning mix

Place these items in a crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours.

Pull out cooked chicken and shred. Add it back into the crock pot along with

8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup

Cook on high again for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve over steamed rice or cooked noodles. YUM!

Sonya thanks for sharing this recipe. This is a friend and family favorite. I have found that it adds so much more flavor to mix both a pack of ranch and italian dressing together.
